Komodo 3 day cruise departure dates

The weekend shape is simple. Day 1 is Friday: boarding, then Kelor, lunch, Manjarite and Kalong at dusk. Day 2 is Saturday: Padar at first light, Komodo, Pink Beach and Manta Point. Day 3 is Sunday: Taka Makassar and Kanawa, then back to the harbor. That's the sample route, and the order and the anchorage are the captain's call on the day.

Arrive in Labuan Bajo one day before sailing, so a delayed or canceled flight does not cost you the date. Free pickup covers your hotel, the airport and the harbor, in both directions.

On a private charter, boarding starts at 10:00 and check-out is by 14:00 on the last day. For a Friday seat, we send the meeting point and time in writing. Book an onward flight that leaves late in the day, and tell us its time.

Padar is the hour that matters: day 2, before sunrise, light from the east, a climb of 25 to 45 minutes. Weather decides the rest, and no hour is guaranteed.

Your cabin and three meals a day are in the Friday fare. Water, coffee, tea and an afternoon snack come with them. Snorkeling gear and life jackets are in it, along with the tender, canoes, floaties, a stand-up paddle board and the karaoke set. Pickup and drop-off in Labuan Bajo are free.

A local guide and photo or video documentation are included on this departure. Flying a drone needs a park permit, so we do not promise drone footage in that documentation.

Park tickets and ranger fees are extra, and the ticket alone is IDR 250,000 per international visitor. Flights, hotel nights, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips are outside it too.

Aged 0 to 2, a child travels free with a parent or guardian; from 3, the full fare applies. The deposit is 50%, and the balance is due 30 days before departure.

A private charter does not follow the grid. Name the date, and if the boat is free, it sails then. The charter page prices the whole boat by route and guest band, and the compare page matches a boat to your party.

Shared departures leave on Fridays only, and so does the 2027 calendar. 2027 seat fares and private rates are confirmed in writing, and until the 2027 card is issued, the 2026 card applies.

Quotes for June to August come from a higher card, in writing. Windy weeks and crowded dates sit in those months, and we say so when you ask for a date.

Send your head count and the light you want, and we answer with a boat and a date.

A boat stays in port after a breakdown, a port order or a park order. Separately, the captain decides on the day whether the sea allows the stops on the route.

When that happens, you get a phinisi of equal or higher standard on the same date at no extra cost, or a full refund within 14 days if you prefer. Tell us which, and we put it in writing.

A date that does not reach its minimum cabins is a different case. We tell you in writing, and you move to another Friday or take the whole boat. A date moved at 14 to 29 days carries a IDR 500,000 fee; at 13 days or less it counts as a cancellation.
