Every date on the operator's schedule is a Friday. The next Friday start on the calendar is Friday, 6 November 2026. The trip runs 3D2N from Labuan Bajo. Friday out, Sunday back.

This is the shared departure, the open trip, and it sells suites by the person. Akassa Cruise has 3 suites, so a date runs once 2 of them are booked. That is 2 of 3 suites.

The whole boat on another day is a private charter. It is priced by head count on the cabins page, and the dates are confirmed in writing. A private charter carries no local guide and no documentation unless you ask for both.

Fixed dates: every Friday. A date runs once its minimum cabins are booked, and seats on each boat are confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

The Akassa Cruise route, stop by stop

Day 1: boarding from 10:00, then Kelor, lunch, Manjarite, and Kalong at dusk, where the flying foxes leave. Day 2 starts at Padar before sunrise, then breakfast, Komodo, lunch, Pink Beach, Manta Point and dinner.

Day 3: breakfast, Taka Makassar, Kanawa, lunch, and back in Labuan Bajo by 14:00. That is the example route. Padar is the one stop to plan your morning around: first light comes from the east, and you spend about 90 minutes there.

The captain decides the order of stops and the anchorage on the day, and manta sightings are not guaranteed. Cloud and haze can move any stop, and no hour of light is guaranteed on a Friday departure.

Akassa Cruise: boarding at 10:00, check-out by 14:00

Friday departure: the meeting point and the time are confirmed in writing before you pay. Free pickup in Labuan Bajo covers a hotel, the airport or the harbor, in both directions, at a time agreed in writing.

Private charter: boarding at the Labuan Bajo harbor from 10:00, and check-out by 14:00 on the last day. Arrive in Labuan Bajo one day before sailing. A late flight then cannot cost you the first stop, which on the sample route is Kelor and the lunch that follows it.

Reading the Akassa Cruise calendar

Each Friday on the calendar can carry one of four tags. Few cabins left flags a date with little room. Sold out means every suite is taken. At sea now marks a departure in progress, and Sailed marks a past date.

An untagged Friday has room, and the button reads Ask about this date. Press it and WhatsApp opens with the date filled in. Say the suite you want and how many of you travel.

Can I charter Akassa Cruise on a different day?

Yes. A private charter takes the whole boat for 2D1N, 3D2N or 4D3N on a date we agree in writing. For 3D2N it costs IDR 70,000,000 (≈ USD 4,294) for 1 to 4 guests and IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 5 to 10. Boarding is from 10:00 and check-out by 14:00.

Does Akassa Cruise sail in 2027?

2027 seat fares and 2027 private rates are confirmed in writing and not shown on this site. Tell us the month and the party size, and we send the dates and the fare. The 2026 figures on this page follow the rate card dated 26 October 2026.
