Semesta Voyages cabins and rates: the whole boat costs IDR 106,000,000 (≈ USD 6,503) for 1 to 12 guests on 3D2N, plus IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) for each guest from the 13th to the 18th. A Friday seat runs from IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) in Jupiter or Mercury to IDR 13,500,000 (≈ USD 828) in Moon.
On the 3D2N Friday trip, Moon is IDR 13,500,000 (≈ USD 828) per head, Sun IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583), and Jupiter and Mercury IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399). We quote Mars, Earth, and Pluto and Venus on request, in writing, for your date.
The open trip price includes the local guide and the photo and video documentation. Meals, the tender, canoes, snorkeling equipment and free pickup in Labuan Bajo ride along.
Two guests make a suite count. With 8 suites and a minimum of 2, a date needs a quarter of the boat. Seat availability is confirmed in writing before you pay.

The same logic holds on the other routes: 2D1N is IDR 83,000,000 (≈ USD 5,092) plus IDR 4,000,000 (≈ USD 245), and 4D3N is IDR 153,000,000 (≈ USD 9,387) plus IDR 6,000,000 (≈ USD 368).
Twelve guests pay IDR 8,830,000 (≈ USD 542) each, sixteen pay IDR 7,880,000 (≈ USD 483) and eighteen pay IDR 7,560,000 (≈ USD 464). Park tickets and ranger fees stay outside the fare, at any party size.
If Semesta Voyages cannot sail, the date holds on a phinisi of equal or higher standard at no extra cost, or you take a full refund within 14 days. A breakdown and a port or park order both count.

At 10 guests the whole boat is IDR 10,600,000 (≈ USD 650) each. That is under the Moon seat and above Sun at IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583). At 12 guests it is IDR 8,830,000 (≈ USD 542) each, which drops below Sun as well.
At 18 guests the whole boat is IDR 7,560,000 (≈ USD 464) each. That is still above Jupiter and Mercury at IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399). The cheapest seat on the boat stays cheaper than the charter at every party size.
Seats and charters differ on one line. A Friday seat comes with a local guide and photo and video documentation. A private charter does not, and you request each as its own quote.

A third or fourth guest in Moon pays IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) per person. No other suite takes an extra bed. On a private charter, guests from the 13th add IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) each on 3D2N. Infants aged 0 to 2 are free, and the full fare starts at age 3.
Guide and documentation for a private charter are on request, each priced alone. 2027 seat fares and 2027 private rates reach you in writing. So does the June to August card, which runs higher.

A date runs once 2 suites are booked, and we confirm availability in writing.
Children aged 0 to 2 travel free with a parent or guardian. From age 3 the full fare applies, and there is no separate child fare. Moon takes up to 4 guests, which suits a family; tell us the ages and we price it in writing.
Flights, park tickets and ranger fees, hotels in Labuan Bajo, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips are not included. On a private charter the local guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either, and both are quoted separately on request.
Friday dates for 2027 are on the calendar. 2027 private rates and seat fares are quoted in writing before you pay, and the 2026 rate card applies until then.
