Giona cabins and rates start at IDR 4,600,000 (≈ USD 282) per person for a Thetis seat on a Friday 3D2N departure. Triton and Doris are IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307), Poseidon IDR 6,200,000 (≈ USD 380). The whole boat for 3D2N costs IDR 45,000,000 (≈ USD 2,761) for 1 to 5 guests.
Thetis is the lowest Friday seat of the four boats, at IDR 4,600,000 (≈ USD 282) per person. Triton and Doris cost IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) each, and Poseidon IDR 6,200,000 (≈ USD 380). Each is per person on the 3D2N Friday sailing, and Thetis sells per person with a minimum of 2.
The open trip fare carries the local guide and the photo and video documentation. It also carries meals, the tender, canoes, snorkeling equipment and free pickup in Labuan Bajo.
Giona needs 3 of its 4 cabins booked for a date to run, one more than the other boats. We confirm seats in writing before any payment.

June to August has a smaller private band, so confirm your party size in writing for those months. If Giona cannot sail, a phinisi of equal or higher standard replaces it on the same date at no extra cost. That covers a breakdown and any port or park order. You can take a full refund within 14 days instead.

At 10 guests it is IDR 5,200,000 (≈ USD 319) each. It sits under a Poseidon seat at IDR 6,200,000 (≈ USD 380). It sits above Triton and Doris at IDR 5,000,000 (≈ USD 307) and above Thetis at IDR 4,600,000 (≈ USD 282). On Giona the whole boat costs less per head than a seat only against Poseidon, the top seat, and only with 10 guests aboard.
The reason to charter is not the per-head fare. It is the dates, the stops and the hours of light you choose. The seat fare includes the local guide and the documentation, and the charter fare includes neither.

A third guest in Poseidon pays IDR 3,250,000 (≈ USD 199) per person. Triton, Doris and Thetis have no extra bed priced. Free for children aged 0 to 2; the full fare applies from age 3.
A private charter adds a guide and documentation only on request, each quoted on its own. We confirm 2027 seat fares and 2027 private rates in writing. The June to August card runs higher, and its private band is smaller.

Children aged 0 to 2 travel free with a parent or guardian. From age 3 the full fare applies, and there is no separate child fare. Thetis takes up to 4 guests, which suits a family; tell us the ages and we price it in writing.
Flights, park tickets and ranger fees, hotels in Labuan Bajo, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips are not included. On a private charter the local guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either, and both are quoted separately on request.
Friday dates for 2027 are on the calendar. 2027 private rates and seat fares are quoted in writing before you pay, and the 2026 rate card applies until then.
