Derya cabins and rates start at IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) per person for a Rinca or Kanawa seat on a Friday 3D2N departure. Komodo is IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460), Padar IDR 8,500,000 (≈ USD 521). The whole boat for 3D2N costs IDR 62,000,000 (≈ USD 3,804) for 1 to 4 guests.
Four cabins, three fares. Padar is IDR 8,500,000 (≈ USD 521), Komodo IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460), and Rinca and Kanawa share one fare of IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399). Each figure is per head, for the 3D2N sailing on a Friday.
On the open trip the fare covers the local guide and the photo and video documentation. Meals, the tender, canoes, snorkeling equipment and free pickup in Labuan Bajo come with it. Two guests make a cabin count.
The upper deck costs more per person than the lower. Padar, with the balcony and the bathtub, is the top fare. Komodo, with a private bathroom, is the middle one. Rinca and Kanawa are the lower-deck pair at the lowest fare.
Half the boat has to sell for a date to run: 2 of the 4 cabins. We confirm availability in writing. The whole boat is priced further down.

It is IDR 65,000,000 (≈ USD 3,988) for 5 to 8, and IDR 69,000,000 (≈ USD 4,233) for 9 to 10. A 2D1N charter starts at IDR 54,000,000 (≈ USD 3,313), and 4D3N runs from IDR 76,000,000 (≈ USD 4,663) to IDR 85,000,000 (≈ USD 5,215).
Four guests pay IDR 15,500,000 (≈ USD 951) each. Eight pay IDR 8,120,000 (≈ USD 498) each, and ten pay IDR 6,900,000 (≈ USD 423). Derya stops at 10 guests, so a party of 11 or more books Semesta Voyages instead. No fare includes park tickets or ranger fees.
Should Derya miss a sailing for a breakdown or a port or park order, the date stays: you move to a phinisi of equal or higher standard at no extra cost. A full refund within 14 days is the other choice.

The crossing is late on Derya. At 6 guests the whole boat is IDR 10,830,000 (≈ USD 664) each, above every seat. At 8 guests it is IDR 8,120,000 (≈ USD 498) each, under a Padar seat and over the other three.
At 10 guests the whole boat is IDR 6,900,000 (≈ USD 423) each. That sits under a Komodo seat and a Padar seat, and above a Rinca or Kanawa seat. Even at 10 the cheapest seat on the boat stays cheaper than the charter, per head.
One difference outlasts the arithmetic. The seat fare carries a local guide and photo and video documentation. The charter fare carries neither, and you ask us for both as a separate quote.

A third guest in Padar pays IDR 4,350,000 (≈ USD 267) per person, and in Komodo IDR 4,350,000 (≈ USD 267). Rinca and Kanawa have no extra bed. Aged 0 to 2, a child travels free. From 3 the full fare applies.
For a private charter, the guide and the documentation are on request. We quote 2027 seat fares and 2027 private rates in writing, and the June to August card, priced higher, the same way.
Every figure here follows the rate card dated 26 October 2026. Pay a 50% deposit, then the balance 30 days before departure. Light is weather, so no fare includes an hour of sun.

A Friday seat includes three meals a day, water, coffee and tea, an afternoon snack, the tender, canoes, snorkeling equipment and life jackets, free pickup in Labuan Bajo, and the local guide with photo and video documentation. Park tickets, ranger fees and flights are extra.

Children aged 0 to 2 travel free with a parent or guardian. From age 3 the full fare applies, and there is no separate child fare. For a family of four the Padar VIP Suite takes up to 4 guests; tell us the ages and we price it in writing.
Flights, park tickets and ranger fees, hotels in Labuan Bajo, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips are not included. On a private charter the local guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either, and both are available on request.
Friday dates for 2027 are on the calendar. 2027 private rates and seat fares are quoted in writing before you pay, and the 2026 rate card applies until then.
