Akassa Cruise cabins and rates start at IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583) per person for a Bumi Deluxe seat on a Friday 3D2N departure. Langit is IDR 11,500,000 (≈ USD 706), Laut IDR 12,500,000 (≈ USD 767). The whole boat for 3D2N costs IDR 70,000,000 (≈ USD 4,294) for 1 to 4 guests.
Three suites, three fares, all per person on the 3D2N Friday departure. Laut is IDR 12,500,000 (≈ USD 767), Langit IDR 11,500,000 (≈ USD 706) and Bumi IDR 9,500,000 (≈ USD 583). Each fare is per person, per cabin.
A seat on the open trip includes the local guide and the photo and video documentation. It also includes meals, the tender, canoes and snorkeling equipment, and free pickup in Labuan Bajo.

For 3D2N the whole boat is IDR 70,000,000 (≈ USD 4,294) for 1 to 4 guests and IDR 78,000,000 (≈ USD 4,785) for 5 to 10. A 2D1N charter runs IDR 56,500,000 (≈ USD 3,466) to IDR 64,000,000 (≈ USD 3,926), and 4D3N runs IDR 77,000,000 (≈ USD 4,724) to IDR 86,500,000 (≈ USD 5,307).
A charter fare covers the boat, three meals a day, water, coffee and tea, an afternoon snack, the tender, canoes and snorkeling equipment. Two guests pay the 1 to 4 band, IDR 35,000,000 (≈ USD 2,147) each. Ten guests pay the 5 to 10 band, IDR 7,800,000 (≈ USD 479) each. Park tickets and ranger fees are not in any fare, and boarding starts from 10:00 at the Labuan Bajo harbor. The 2D1N and 4D3N bands sit on the charter page as well. If the boat cannot sail, we put you on a phinisi of equal or higher standard on the same date at no extra cost. A breakdown, a port order or a park order counts. The alternative is a full refund within 14 days. Up to 10 guests: Akassa Cruise, Derya or Giona. 11 to 18 guests: Semesta Voyages.

Count the head first, then compare the two fares on the same 3D2N dates. At 5 guests the whole boat works out at IDR 15,600,000 (≈ USD 957) each, well above any seat. At 8 guests it is IDR 9,750,000 (≈ USD 598) each, above a Bumi seat and below a Langit or Laut seat.
At 10 guests the whole boat is IDR 7,800,000 (≈ USD 479) each. That is under all three seats, Bumi included, and it is the head count where the charter wins outright.

On a private charter the guide and the documentation are on request, quoted separately. 2027 seat fares and 2027 private rates are confirmed in writing, and so is the June to August card, which is priced higher.

Flights, park tickets and ranger fees, hotels in Labuan Bajo, travel insurance, personal expenses and tips are not included. On a private charter the local guide and the photo and video documentation are not included either, and both are quoted separately on request.
Friday dates for 2027 are on the calendar. 2027 private rates and seat fares are quoted in writing before you pay, and the 2026 rate card applies until then.
